These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website ninjasnagringa.shop (the "Website") and of the internal Google Ads management tool (the "Tool") operated by R&A Empreendimentos Digitais LTDA ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing the Website or using the Tool, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

The Company provides performance marketing services, including the planning, creation and management of Google Ads campaigns for advertising accounts owned and operated by the Company. The Website provides information about the Company and its services.

2. The Tool

The Tool is proprietary software that uses the Google Ads API to create, manage and report on Google Ads campaigns. The Tool is for internal use only. It is available exclusively to employees and authorized contractors of the Company and only for Google Ads accounts owned by or linked to the Company's manager account. The Tool is not offered to third parties.

3. Authorized users

• Users must be authorized by the Company and sign in with their own Google account through Google OAuth.
• Users must keep their credentials confidential and must not share access tokens, developer tokens or API credentials.
• Users must use the Tool only for legitimate business purposes of the Company.

4. Compliance with Google policies

All use of the Tool must comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google Ads Policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy. It is forbidden to use the Tool to create misleading ads, bypass policy reviews, scrape data, resell API access or run any activity that breaks these policies.

5. Acceptable use of the Website

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the Website or copy its content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Website content, the Ninjas na Gringa brand and the Tool's source code belong to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC.

7. Disclaimer

The Website and the Tool are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific advertising results. Google Ads campaigns depend on factors outside our control, including Google's review and auction systems.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website or the Tool, including any temporary unavailability of the Google Ads API.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or revoke a user's access to the Tool at any time if these Terms or Google's policies are broken.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
