This Privacy Policy explains how R&A Empreendimentos Digitais LTDA ("Company", "we", "us"), collects, uses, stores and protects information on the website ninjasnagringa.shop (the "Website") and in our internal Google Ads management tool (the "Tool"). We follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Website visitors

When you visit the Website, our hosting provider may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and access date and time (server logs). If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.

1.2 Google user data accessed by the Tool

The Tool is used only by authorized staff of the Company. When an authorized user signs in with Google, the Tool requests the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords and can access:

• Basic information needed for authentication (OAuth access and refresh tokens);
• Google Ads account data for accounts owned by or linked to the Company's manager account, including account IDs, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, assets, budgets, targeting settings and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions).

The Tool does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts or any other Google service.

2. How we use information

• To create, update and manage Google Ads campaigns for the Company's own accounts;
• To create internal performance reports used to optimize those campaigns;
• To reply to messages sent by Website visitors;
• To keep the Website and the Tool secure and working properly.

We do not use Google user data for advertising profiles, for selling data, or for any purpose not related to managing the Company's Google Ads accounts.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• Google user data is used only to provide and improve the Tool's features described above;
• Google user data is not transferred to third parties, except as needed to comply with law or with the user's explicit consent;
• Google user data is not used for serving ads to anyone and is not sold;
• No person reads Google user data except as needed for the Company's own campaign management, for security, or to comply with law.

4. Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored locally on the Company's protected computers and are never published or shared. Campaign data is retrieved from the Google Ads API when needed and is stored only in internal reports. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and protection of credentials.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data or Google user data with third parties. Data may be processed by service providers that support our operations (such as website hosting), only as needed to provide their services, or disclosed when required by law or a court order.

6. Data retention

Google Ads data and reports are kept only as long as needed for campaign management and the Company's legal obligations. OAuth tokens are kept until the user revokes access or the Company stops using the Tool. Email messages are kept as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.

7. Revoking access and deleting data

Users can revoke the Tool's access to their Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working and are deleted. To ask for deletion of any other data, contact us at the email below. We will reply within 15 days.

8. Cookies

The Website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical cookies needed for the Website to work may be used by our hosting provider.

9. Your rights

Under the LGPD (and the GDPR, where it applies), you can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion, and information about sharing. You can also withdraw consent. To use these rights, contact us.

10. Children

The Website and the Tool are not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
